Estimator/Project Manager
Position Overview
A strong mechanical contractor is looking to bring on a Estimator/Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing project estimation and management for commercial construction projects. The role involves working closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical, sheet metal, and piping projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project estimation and management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, sheet metal, and piping systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and cost estimation tools.
