Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinicians to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Worcester, MA.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:

  • Providers willing to conduct 15-21 sessions weekly.

  • Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our assistance.

  • Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork.

  • Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions.

  • Strong character is essential — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts.

  • Must reside in and hold a license in the state where services are rendered.

Compensation:
Up to $66,500, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus potential.
