Relocation Specialist (Operations Team)

What Youll Do

Under the guidance of department leadership, youll help clinicians secure temporary housing and ensure a smooth relocation experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact clinicians to offer assistance with securing temporary housing
  • Research and identify housing options using internal databases and external resources
  • Handle logistics on behalf of clinicians, including confirming availability, pricing, and suitability
  • Educate clinicians on the relocation process, including budgets, booking expectations, and advance procedures
  • Maintain consistent communication with clinicians and provide updates to internal teams
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to pay advances, check requests, and deductions
  • Coordinate and secure corporate housing, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines
  • Assist with monthly rent payments and expense tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including hotels and housing providers
  • Support monthly processes such as vacate notices and credit card reconciliation
  • Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely follow-up and support

Compensation: Depending on previous experience.
