Job Description

Quality Control (QC) Technician - Entry Level Middlebury, VT | Full-time | $45,000-$70,000/year (commensurate with experience)

eDOC Innovations is seeking a QC Technician to help test and ensure the reliability of our fintech software and web-based solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of QA or technical experience who are ready to grow their career in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute manual and automated test plans
Identify, document, and track software bugs
Collaborate with developers to refine software requirements
Run performance, usability, and security testing
Support and improve our testing processes and tools

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in QC, QA, or a related technical field
Familiarity with software development and testing practices
Experience using bug tracking and test management tools
Exposure to automated testing frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Middlebury, VT
Must pass a background check
