Our organization, a privately owned and independent medical practice, is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob-Gyn physician to become part of our established team. This full-time role features a 4-day work week that includes a mix of office visits, surgical procedures, and Labor and Delivery duties. The call schedule is shared at a ratio of 1:11 for weekends. The position offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, covering both GYN and Obstetrics. We provide a competitive salary along with benefits such as health insurance, a CME allowance, and four weeks of paid vacation. Facility Overview

Our practice is highly regarded and operates in Woburn, Wilmington, and Wakefield, MA, conveniently located just 10 miles from downtown Boston. With a team of ten OB/GYN physicians and five nurse practitioners, we are experiencing rapid growth. Our facilities include on-site laboratory services, ultrasound capabilities, in-office surgical procedures, and support from midlevel practitioners. We are affiliated with a prominent health network and hold hospital privileges at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA. The Labor and Delivery unit at Winchester Hospital is recognized as one of the leading birthing centers north of Boston, featuring Maternal-Fetal Medicine consultations, a Level II-B Special Care Nursery staffed by Neonatologists, and 24/7 in-house anesthesia, neonatology, and obstetric services.
