We are seeking a dedicated and caring Paraprofessional to join our team in Strafford, New Hampshire. As a full time Paraprofessional, you will provide assistance and support to K-12 students with behavior needs within a school setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with special education needs, under the guidance of the classroom teacher or special education team.
• Supervise and actively engage students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with record keeping, tracking student progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, fostering their self-esteem, independence, and social skills development.
