Analog Devices Federal, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of manufacturing engineers and interns supporting the build and test of highly complex, low- to medium-volume microwave electronics.
This role is a key contributor to our lean transformation, driving process excellence, engineering readiness, and continuous improvement within our growing Module Manufacturing Operation.
What You'll Do
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team
• Oversee process development, tooling, documentation, and engineering support for assembly & test operations
• Drive lean initiatives including visual factory, standard work, and waste reduction
• Partner with operations, quality, and planning to set priorities and ensure production readiness
• Communicate engineering risks, factory status, and improvement opportunities to leadership
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements
What You Bring
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing; engineering leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; SAP experience a plus
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or similar systems preferred
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship (required)
Reporting To: Director of Engineering

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $122,400 to $168,300.
