In this role, you’ll play an active part in classrooms near Concord, NH, collaborating with educators and providing essential support to help students thrive academically and personally. With a supportive educational environment and a predictable weekday schedule from 8:00am to 3:30pm, you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a measurable impact every day.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Completion of at least 60 college credits or possession of a Paraprofessional Certification (candidates may complete the Para cert requirement during the assignment)
- Enthusiasm for assisting children and teachers in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to classroom needs
- Experience in an educational or child-focused setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with lead teachers to facilitate individualized and small-group instruction
- Support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment
- Assist students with classwork, activities, and social interactions
- Offer additional help to students who may need extra support
- Contribute to documenting student progress and classroom activities
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families as required
