\n We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment.
\n Requirements
\n Active PT license
\n Minimum 3 years of experience as Physical Therapist
\n Home Health experience required
\n Hospice experience required
\n OASIS experience required
\n Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
\n Ability to manage and adjust to changing schedules
