Position Summary
The RN II is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to patients and their families, adhering to established protocols, policies, and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide independent nursing care to patients and their families.
- Follow established policies and procedures in patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid RN Licensure in Massachusetts.
- Experience as an RN ranging from 12 months to less than 3 years.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Department-specific certifications may be necessary based on the type of patient care provided.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time: 36 hours per week
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (includes weekends and holidays)
- Location: Saints Campus
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing.
- BSN is highly preferred.
- Candidates with an Associate’s degree in nursing may be considered, with encouragement to enroll in a BSN program within one year of hire.
- Preferred experience of 1-2 years in telemetry or intermediate care settings.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- ACLS certification is preferred.
