Job Description
Summary:
1 opening (contract-to-perm, hybrid Tue/Wed, local only).
Role:
Develop and manage store fixture plans and architectural drawings for new builds, remodels, and expansions to meet design standards, budgets, and timelines.
Scope:
Projects up to $1M+ each; ~150 new stores and 200 remodels yearly.
Requirements:
- 3-8+ yrs in retail design, store planning, or architecture
- AutoCAD, REVIT required
- Strong design, construction, and problem-solving skills
- Associate’s degree (Architecture/Interior Design or related)
Panel interview with 5 managers, 45 mins.
