Location: Holden, MA (85 Industrial Dr)
Pay: $20/hr
Contract: 1 year (potential for extension)
Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (mandatory OT may be required on Fridays and every other Saturday)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Production Operator to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to blend, mix, and package materials used in customer products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability.
What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure safe, efficient production

Weigh, load, and mix raw materials according to specifications

Inspect and test materials for quality standards

Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues

Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Follow all plant safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year of manufacturing or industrial experience (plastics, mixing, extrusion, or blending preferred)

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 250 lbs with assistance)

Comfortable working in environments with noise, dust, and chemicals (PPE provided)

Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and teamwork skills
