We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

We need FT/PT/PRN!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide daily nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Assist residents with dining needs and monitor nutritional intake.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.

• Accurately chart and document resident care, observations, and changes in condition.

• Engage and build meaningful relationships with residents through conversation and companionship.

• Participate in team efforts to maintain a warm, family-like environment and high standards of care.

• Promote a culture of communication, compassion, and continuous improvement within the facility.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward residents and families.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and remain calm under pressure.

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required.
