The Opportunity
Make a real impact with a mid-sized, therapist-owned and operated practice! Super Therapy is looking for a "SUPER" Physical Therapist (PT) to provide creative, highly engaging, in-home therapy to the pediatric population. We have an immediate and growing need for providers who can take on after-school hours and support families waiting for care. If you love helping children build strength and independence in a fun, natural environment, this position is for you!

• Where You'll Work: You'll provide therapy directly in patients' homes. We have an immediate need for physical therapists in the following regions:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing dynamic, play-based physical therapy sessions tailored to each child.

• Empowering and educating patients and their families by teaching practical therapy tips and tricks they can use daily.

• Collaborating seamlessly with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Keeping client data and progress notes accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with independent Massachusetts state licensure.

• Active NPI number (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).

• Comfort and confidence working independently in homes and community environments.

• A genuine passion for helping children build strength and independence.

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A consistently positive and compassionate attitude!
