Responsibilities

Develop and grow a robust book of business through community engagement and genuine relationship building.

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions that bring true peace of mind to your clients.

Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from the initial consultation to ongoing policy maintenance and renewals.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.

Represent The Atlantic District in Burlington with integrity, warmth, and a high standard of professional service.

Provide expert guidance on complex coverage matters, ensuring every client feels confident and well-informed.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Vermont.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong understanding of insurance coverage, policy structures, and risk assessment.

High level of comfort with digital agency management systems and email communication platforms.

Ability to navigate local market trends and build a professional network within the Burlington area.

Excellent verbal communication skills for clear, empathetic client interactions.
