Job DescriptionJob Title: Thru Hole Soldering OperatorPay: $19-20Job Description: Electronics Assembly Operator – ThroughHole1st shift Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:30 pm - midnightWe are seeking a detailoriented Electronics Assembly Operator to support production of highquality electronic assemblies. This role focuses on installing and soldering throughhole components, following assembly documentation, and ensuring all work meets IPCA610 workmanship standards in an electronic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Install and solder throughhole components on electronic assemblies following defined processes.
- Perform SMT and throughhole soldering as required for production.
- Follow assembly drawings, schematics, and process instructions to ensure accurate component placement and soldering.
- Inspect solder joints and components using microscopes, magnifiers, and visual inspection tools.
- Verify dimensions and quality using gauges, calipers, and basic measurement tools.
- Apply IPCA610 and JSTD001 workmanship guidelines during assembly and inspection.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with throughhole and surfacemount (SMT) soldering in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and technical instructions.
- Comfortable performing inspections under a microscope for extended periods.
- Familiarity with gauges, calipers, and other measurement tools.
- Knowledge of IPCA610 and/or JSTD001 standards (certification a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, steady hand skills, and commitment to quality.
