Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with children and adults

- Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related training preferred
- Proven reliability and a collaborative team spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering effective instructional activities and individualized student support
- Monitor and encourage student engagement, participation, and positive behavior
- Provide one-on-one or group assistance as needed, adapting to different learning styles
- Support students with special needs under teacher or specialist guidance
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Contribute to classroom preparation, material organization, and activity setup
