We are an established and growing public accounting firm in Western Massachusetts and are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth and success of a respected CPA firm.
The ideal candidate will bring deep public accounting experience, strong technical tax knowledge, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries while collaborating with an experienced team of accounting professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 8-10+ years of public accounting experience
- Currently serving as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director within a CPA firm
- Strong technical tax expertise and client advisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
- Proven success working in a public accounting environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Stable work history with strong tenure
- Generalist tax background with exposure to a broad range of client needs
- Experience serving clients across multiple industries
