Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., beginning 5/26
- May require floating to nearby locations for enhanced clinical experience
Qualifications:
- Active, permanent Massachusetts RN license (required)
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Adaptability to float as needed across facilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acute patient care in the Emergency Department
- Rapidly assess, triage, and respond to patient needs
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Document interventions and patient outcomes in accordance with hospital standards
- Flex to alternate locations, gaining broader exposure to diverse emergency care environments
