As a Sales Consultant, you’re not just selling cars, you’re creating experiences.
You’ll:
- Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Learn what they need (and sometimes what they didn’t know they needed)
- Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and run test drives
- Guide customers through a smooth, transparent buying process
- Deliver vehicles like a pro—fully prepped, explained, and celebrated ????
- Build relationships that turn into repeat customers and referrals
You’ll work closely with:
- A tight-knit Sales Team
- A supportive Management Team
- F&I and Service teams that have your back

You’ll report directly to the General Sales Manager but receive support and guidance from the GSM and General Manager.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers. Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with consistent use of phone, email, and CRM systems.
