Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department boarders requiring medical and surgical attention
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond quickly and effectively to patient needs during night shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with experience in Emergency Nursing
- Proficiency in managing medical and surgical patients in an emergency setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work confidently during night shifts and adapt to an alternate work schedule
Schedule:
- Nights, 3x12-hour shifts every other week (EOW)
- Preferred start date: February 9, with flexibility for February 23
