Job Title: Transactional Attorney for Construction Practice
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid flexibility available)
Firm Type: Mid-Sized Law Firm with a Top-Tier Construction Practice
Compensation: $125,000-$175,000 depending on years of relevant experience. There is also a bonus structure in place. This firm also offers 401k matching and offers top-tier healthcare and dental/vision benefits!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Transactional Attorney to join this reputable team. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising clients on risk management, and supporting developers, contractors, and design professionals throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA and custom agreements
- Advise clients on project delivery methods, insurance, bonding, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with litigation colleagues on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance strategies
- Support real estate and corporate teams on construction-related matters in broader transactions
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Massachusetts
- 1.5+ years of experience in construction law, with experience in construction transactional matters
- Strong understanding of construction industry standards and legal frameworks
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
