Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for Behavior Interventionists to support students with special needs within a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position focuses on providing behavioral support and intervention services to students with diverse needs, including those with Autism and mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 grades.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral and special needs.
- Collaborate with educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support the development of positive behavioral strategies and promote student engagement.
- Assist students with mobility and other physical challenges as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with behavioral caseloads, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with students with Autism and varying mobility needs.
- Ability to manage multiple 1:1 caseloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
