The Weight & Lifestyle Medicine Department is seeking a Board-Certified physician in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) who holds ABOM certification to join our expanding team. We are a passionate and innovative group committed to assisting patients in achieving healthier lifestyles through evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine. We prioritize professional excellence, teamwork, and compassion, and we are looking for a candidate who embodies these values.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct outpatient care to patients dealing with obesity and associated conditions.

Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate behavioral, nutritional, pharmacologic, and bariatric surgical options.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and partnerships with psychologists and surgeons.

Maintain a schedule of 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours each week.

Engage in program development, quality improvement projects, and educational initiatives.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in obesity medicine and bariatric care.

Qualifications:

MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM).

Certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM).

Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven capability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $238,500 to $392,500. Total cash compensation includes base salary and bonuses, influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and potential increases based on productivity and performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
