Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students in a school setting located in Springfield, MA. This position offers opportunities for travel between schools within the district, providing a dynamic and varied work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children and be skilled in designing and implementing individualized speech and language therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in meetings involving student academic and social goals
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in educational settings with children
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while traveling to different school sites
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
