SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Pembroke, MA! We are looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and are committed to providing personalized care that supports clients' safety, comfort, and independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in clients' homes

• Dependable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
