Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based evaluations for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the specific needs and situations of each client to promote healing and resilience.
  • Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowering their mental health journeys.
  • Engage actively in case discussions, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to improve client care.
  • Ensure the timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional accountability.
  • Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
  • Possession of a provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • Educational qualifications that lead to or have resulted in professional licensure.
  • A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Our organization is committed to equitable compensation practices. The base pay range for this position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market conditions, and available incentives. These ranges reflect our current compensation standards and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
