The Nest Family Center in Londonderry, NH is seeking caring and enthusiastic Childcare Teachers for full-time or part-time positions. If you're passionate about early childhood education and want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
PAY: As our full-time or part-time Childcare Teacher, you'll earn $14–$20 per hour, depending on experience

YOUR DAY
As our full-time or part-time Childcare Teacher, you'll create a warm and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. You'll implement age-appropriate activities, follow daily routines, collaborate with fellow educators, and communicate with families - all while turning everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences.
YOUR HOURS
This teaching position has full-time and part-time options, with shifts Monday to Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
We're excited to welcome educators at every stage of their journey-whether you're just getting started in early childhood education or bringing years of teaching experience with you.
For Experienced Teachers (Lead/Associate Roles), you must meet one of the following New Hampshire state requirements:
- Completion of 18 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child/human growth and development, plus 1000 hours of experience
- Completion of 12 credits in related coursework plus 3000 hours of experience
- Completion of 9 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child/human growth and development
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed family childcare provider with no imposed enforcement actions
- Completion of the New Hampshire Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program
- 1000 hours of supervised childcare experience in a licensed program and completion of a 2-year vocational course in career and technical education with 9 credits in related coursework
- Documentation that you were qualified for and employed as a lead teacher on or before November 6, 2017
For General and Entry-Level Teaching Roles:
- 16+ years old
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and care for children safely
- Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare (preferred)
- CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
