About the Role
\n
\n
We’re looking for a personable, dependable, and organized Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to become an important part of our team.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on role that supports both patients and providers and helps keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly. Because this person is often one of the first points of contact for our patients, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and brings a positive, patient-centered approach to their work.
\n
\n
What You’ll Do
\n
\n
* Answer phones and respond to patient portal messages
\n
* Welcome and check in patients
\n
* Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
\n
* Manage incoming and outgoing faxes and documents
\n
* Take and document vital signs
\n
* Assist with prior authorizations and prescription refill requests
\n
* Prepare and process forms and other patient documentation
\n
* Maintain accurate and organized patient records
\n
* Route patient questions and requests to the appropriate provider or team member
\n
* Communicate with pharmacies, healthcare offices, insurance companies, and other outside organizations as needed
\n
* Track follow-up items and help ensure tasks are completed
\n
* Assist with basic administrative reporting and office organization
\n
* Support providers and the team with the day-to-day needs of the practice
\n
\n

Schedule & Setting
\n
\n
This is a full-time position, primarily in-office in Woburn, MA, with Monday–Friday daytime hours.
\n
\n
