About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician, Imaging/Data Collection to support our R&D and Manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing physical samples that support R&D and AI training data collection efforts and Manufacturing of Quality Control kits.
Responsibilities:
- Build samples according to work instructions to meet R&D and Production needs and sample delivery schedules.
- Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources to support R&D projects.
- Screen samples using MailSecur system to collect model training data to meet daily and weekly sample collection targets.
- Improve existing and develop new work instructions with focus on quality and reproducibility.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Manufacturing teams to understand project goals, device operations, and data needs.
- Maintain detailed records of data sources, annotations, and physical samples for future reference.
- Assist in setting up and running experiments, including preparing materials and equipment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with safety requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or current enrollment in a college or university program, or experience as Technician.
- Background and experience in manufacturing and R&D environments including chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical chemistry labs and similar industrial and laboratory settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to accomplish

- Good communication skills to interact with various team members and stakeholders.
