Schedule/Hours
- Travel contract assignment
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during each 13-week contract
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- At least 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong background in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) nursing
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments at admission using advanced interview skills
- Gather and interpret medical histories, current statuses, vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized written care plans
- Deliver both direct and indirect patient care across assigned areas using the nursing process
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
