Join Schulte Staffing in supporting a client on the North Shore by building high-quality cable assemblies that keep complex systems running. If you enjoy hands-on work, exact measurements, and reading technical drawings, this role puts your craft front and center.

A day in your role

Morning starts with reviewing prints, drawings, manufacturing work instructions, and ECNs. You’ll set up your bench, verify measurements with micrometers and calipers, and begin:

  • Measuring and cutting wire, cable, and both inner and outer jackets to exact lengths
  • Terminating and crimping terminals by hand and with machines
  • Soldering terminals and plugs to specified standards
  • Reworking and repairing any rejected product to meet quality expectations

What you bring

  • 1–2 years of relevant cable assembly experience (desired)
  • Ability to interpret detailed specifications, prints, and drawings
  • Excellent hand–eye coordination and strong manual dexterity
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfort with basic math for measurements and tolerances
  • Required: proven cable soldering experience
  • Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and wire strippers

Schedule & pay

  • Monday–Friday
  • 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm
  • $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE
