Key Responsibilities
-
Perform in vitro primary cellular assays to evaluate target biology using technologies like FACS, MSD, and qPCR
-
Analyze biological samples by flow cytometry, including tissue processing and preparation, staining cells, acquiring data, and analyzing results
-
Experience processing human or large animal lab species tissues
-
Generate data in a timely fashion
-
Inventory control of study samples and reagents
-
Effectively and accurately record and report experiment results
Qualifications
-
Bachelors or Masters in cellular biology, immunology, or a related discipline with at least 0-3 years of relevant experience

Experience in performing flow cytometry assays, cell culture, and sterile technique
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization skills desired

Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
