Position Overview
The Project Executive is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, tenant improvements, and renovations across various sectors, including commercial and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project buyouts and procurement.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and project teams to maintain project alignment and address issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing tenant improvement and interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and healthcare construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
