Patisserie Lenox Inc. in Lenox, MA is looking for one baker to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 30 A Church St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form croissants, brioches, pates aux choux, genoise, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated, punctual and reliable
- Experience as a Baker a plus
