Salary - 245k to 340k plus bonus

A distinguished Am 100 law firm, is currently looking for a talented Transactional Copyright Associate/Attorney to join their Music Industry Practice. In this position, you will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients, managing a variety of copyright-related transactions. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and adept at negotiating and drafting agreements.

### Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate and draft agreements related to copyright and intellectual property, including licensing and purchasing of music assets.
- Manage projects and transactions from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to devise solutions to complex legal issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide guidance on copyright law.

### Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in copyright law, particularly within the music or entertainment sectors.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills with a focus on licensing agreements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
