Job Description
The TT&S assists the In-Home Therapist in implementing a therapeutic treatment plan and delivers training to the family and other providers as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Risk management/safety planning
- Assist in treatment planning
- Intensive Family Therapy
- Identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver
- Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Skills training for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver
- Member transportation provided by staff
- Member outreach
- Receives weekly supervision from the Program Director
- Compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
- Incentive pay offered after FT hours worked
- All other duties assigned by the Program Director
Qualifications Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor or Associate's degree in Psychology or a closely related field
- 2+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or receive an approved exemption
What we offer:
- A $500 sign-on bonus is available for all new hires.
- A $1,000 bilingual bonus is available for candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
- To be eligible for either bonus, employees must remain actively employed , in good standing, with Rise Behavioral Health Services for a minimum of six (6) monthsfrom their start date.
