Job Description

We're looking for an experienced commercial roofing foreman ready to run crews, manage projects, and take ownership of quality from start to finish.

What you'll do:
• Lead production crews on commercial roofing projects across the Greater Boston area (tear-offs, re-roofs, restorations)
• Run day-to-day job site operations — crew direction, material coordination, safety, and schedule
• Read and execute plans, specs, and scopes accurately
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and building owners
• Track labor, materials, and progress through our CRM
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and Crown quality standards
• Train and develop crew members — you set the standard on your job site

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in commercial roofing production, with at least 2 years leading crews
• Deep knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, slate, and copper systems
• Ability to manage active job sites and keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Comfortable with technology — CRM, tablets, digital reporting
• Strong communication skills — you'll be Crown's presence on every project
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required)

What we offer:
• Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability ($50-60/hour, with flexibility for the right candidate)
• Health and dental insurance available
• Paid time off
• Company vehicle
• Clear growth path — opportunity to advance into a Production Superintendent role
• A team that's ambitious, quality-driven, and building something bigger

About Crown Contracting:
