Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
Pay: $23 - $28 per hour

About Us:
Soliant is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school district in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this role, you will work with K-12 students, providing critical behavioral and academic support to help students achieve success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct support to students in both general education and special education settings.
• Track and document student progress in academic, behavioral, and social areas.
• Assist with preparing and adapting instructional materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with K-12 students, especially those with behavioral needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement behavioral support plans and strategies.
