- Direct traffic like a boss (with a paddle, not a whistle)
- Keep your cool while drivers give you the “why is there traffic?” face
- Work outdoors, rain or shine—because the road never sleeps
- Follow safety rules like your life depends on it (because it kind of does)
What We’re Looking For
- You show up on time and ready to go
- You can stand for long periods and don’t melt in the rain
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a ride that gets you to work
- You’re a team player with a sense of humor and a serious respect for safety
