Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Bourne, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, supporting patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily living skills while working across Cape Cod, the South Shore, and surrounding communities.

Minimum Requirements
\n
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
- Home Health experience required. Experience with Home Care HomeBase (HCHB) documentation required.
- Experience with OT evaluations: starts of care, recertifications, discharges, and community or assisted living treatments required.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Preferred: experience with cognitive therapy.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree.

Assignment Details

- Facility type: Home Health.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift details: Days 0800-1600. 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.
- Weekly hour guarantee: 32 hours guaranteed (client notes indicate 40 hours scheduled).
- Coverage area: Bourne territories including Cape Cod (Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee, Falmouth), South Shore (Plymouth, Kingston, Carver), and South Coast (Wareham to Seekonk).
- Mileage reimbursement between visits provided. Mileage policy applies to travel between patients; first patient mileage adjustment applies when clinician lives closer to office than to first patient.
