Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Boston, MA 02108
Duration: 5-month contract
Pay Rate: $40.41/hr.
Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
- Track recruitment activities and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring guidelines.
- Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
