A school-based opportunity is available in Hooksett and Loudon, NH, for a dedicated Educational Assistant to support a student on a 1:1 caseload. This contract position entails working 32.5 hours per week, providing individualized assistance tailored to the needs of the student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to a student, facilitating learning and engagement
• Assist the classroom teacher by implementing educational strategies
• Monitor and encourage positive behavior and social skills
• Adapt to the student's specific needs and communicate progress effectively
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with school staff

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or educational assistant, particularly in a 1:1 role, is preferred
• Ability to work reliably and with patience in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational goals

Location and Schedule:

• Position is based in Hooksett and Loudon, NH
