- $1.00/hour
- $1.50/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents during overnight hours
- Observe, monitor, and document resident health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with RNs, Unit Managers, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Foster a safe, professional, and resident-centered overnight environment
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN license
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
