Located near Rochester, NH, this position focuses on providing daily support to a middle school student, helping them navigate both academics and positive behavioral strategies during regular school hours from 8:45 AM to 3:00 PM.
Your expertise as a paraprofessional will make a direct, positive impact by working closely with educators and specialists to foster success for a student who benefits from personalized attention and encouragement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide, particularly in school or special education settings
- Familiarity with academic support techniques for middle school learners
- Skills in behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies
- Patience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to fostering student growth
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in special education are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
