We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
In this entry-level role, you will be the face of our store, welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, and assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking shoppers.
No prior retail experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training to help you build your sales skills and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in English and Spanish, providing guidance on promotions, and features.
- Assist shoppers with product inquiries, sales transactions, and register checkouts using software we provide.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend tailored products to meet their needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Fluent verbal communication in both English and Spanish (Required).
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn product details and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak shopping hours.
