Assembly Worker – Hiring Now-one day assignment

Location-Millbury, MA
Start Date: Immediate Starts

Pay Rate: $30/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6am-6pm
Overtime may be available
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overview

We are seeking dependable Associates to support manufacturing operations in a non-climate-controlled facility. This role is primarily focused on hands-on mechanical assembly, tool usage, and production-line support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light to moderate mechanical assembly of parts and components
• Assemble products according to work instructionsand production specifications
• Install, align, and fasten components using hand and power tools
• Operate torque drills, socket wrenches, and general hand tools
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure proper fit, function, and quality compliance
• Assist with adjusting or reworking components as needed
• Support production flow by maintaining consistent assembly output
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

• Must be comfortable and experienced using:
• • Torque drills
  • Socket wrenches
  • General hand tools
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read basic assembly guidelines
• Steel-toe safety shoes required
