Our client is seeking an IT Project Analyst to lead and supports IT projects that improve business processes, enhance data systems, and deliver actionable insights through automation and analytics. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, and apply AI‑enabled features to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Track project timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Manage IT and business automation projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project goals, gather requirements, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Build process automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps)
• Support database‑related work, ensuring proper design, data integrity, and relational structure.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Leverage AI‑enabled features within Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform to enhance automation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and database structures strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing IT projects and working cross‑functionally with technical teams.
• High school or equivalent minimum, but Associates/Bachelors preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of AI concepts and how to apply them in business environments.
