Requirements:

<li>Valid VT and NH Real Estate Broker licenses.</li>
<li>Proven experience in residential real estate sales and transactions.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>
<li>Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
