YOUR HOURS:

We offer a consistent schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday–Friday.

THE DIFFERENCE THAT YOU WILL MAKE:

You lead with balance, managing caregiver schedules, ensuring client care plans meet evolving needs, and stepping in with hands-on care when the situation calls for it. You'll assess new clients in their homes, oversee the County office, support hiring and training efforts, and foster community relationships to grow our services. Each day, you keep operations running smoothly while also ensuring each client receives compassionate, top-quality care.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HOME CARE MANAGER:

• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A willingness to provide hands-on care when needed
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
